STRESS will be busted by arts and craft classes being held at a Worcester workshop.
The classes, which are aimed at adults with no art experience, are being held at Astley Village Hall and Worcester Arts Workshop.
The sessions will teach adults, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, new craft skills, whilst providing all materials.
"Stress is one of the most problematic areas in modern work environment," said Jenny Saunders, who will take the classes.
"I am constantly advising people to have a hobby in which they can lose themselves and forget work and everyday stresses.
"Crafts is a wonderful medium. Using stamps, stencils and a few paints, everyone can walk away at the end of two hours with a professional looking piece of work and learn how to do it at home."
The classes begin on Wednesday, May 22, at both venues. For more information on the times of the classes contact Jenny Saunders on 01299 825167.
