HOSTS Gay Hill Golf Club were one of a dozen clubs represented at the British Heart Foundation Junior Golf Championship 2002, along with Kingfisher, with the top three man teams chasing a final berth at the Belfrey in September.
The hosts' finished first and second with Redditch's Kingfisher club seventh at the Hollywood venue.
Kingfisher junior Jimmy Elliott was fifth out of 87 entrants with 35 points in the individual event.
All the competing under 18s had to raise sponsorship for the charity to take part.
