A REDDITCH charity for women who have suffered the trauma of abortion is still open - despite suffering a fire earlier this year.
Redditch Life Care Centre, based at the old Wagon and Horses pub in Beoley Road West, is celebrating its eighth anniversary this month and is now recovering from the blaze.
The local branch of the national charity offers a drop-in counselling and advice service to women who have had abortions.
It also offers pregnancy tests and information.
The charity runs drop-in sessions at 14a Beoley Road West from 6-7pm on Tuesdays and 11.30am-12.30pm on Wednesdays.
