SQUEAKY-voiced comedian Joe Pasquale brings his brand of mirth and mayhem to Alexandra Theatre on Sunday.
Joe, whose voice has been described as 'a cartoon waterfowl' and 'a demented helium balloon', has been likened to Tommy Cooper and hailed as a comedy genius.
Born in the East End, Joe was a Bart Simpson-style underachiever at school and worked as a garage mechanic, welder and porter at a meat market before discovering a talent to entertain.
His foray into comedy came through working as a Green Coat at a holiday camp and starting to enter talent competitions before coming second in the New Faces final in 1987.
Joe has appeared in four Royal Variety performances, made numerous television appearances including his own specials for ITV, recorded four videos and co-written The Big Think Joe Pasquale Book.
His show starts at 7.30pm and tickets cost £11.50-£13 from the ticket hotline on 0870 607 7544.
