UP to £45,000 is to be spent on developing two arts projects in the town which include a feature entrance into the Kingfisher Centre, it has been revealed, writes Becky Procter.
Ideas for a form of sculpture between the library and Post Office on Alcester Street leading to the new Debenhams are being investigated and an arts project involving town high schools is to be carried out in Fountain Passage.
