BROMSGROVE and Redditch Athletic Club's Daniel Fagan was in record-breaking form on Sunday at the Worcester County Athletic Championships.
Fagan took silver in the 100m in 12 seconds and beat the 15-year-old club 200m record with a winning time of 24 seconds.
In the U17s 100m, Jenni Mole came home in 13.9secs and recorded 4.55m in the long jump.
Sarah Gerner recorded two personal bests of 14.6secs in the 100m and 4m in the long jump for U15s.
Ami Smallwood, in her first year at U15s level, recorded 14.7secs in the 100m and 30.3secs in the 200m.
Damien Lewis ran a personal best of 10mins 29secs to gain second place in the 3,000m.
On Monday, May 6, Laura Kyte beat the club's mile by recording a time of 5mins 34.1secs in the U17s.
l The veteran section of Bromsgrove and Redditch Athletic Club got off to a good start in their first league meeting on Thursday, May 9.
The ladies took first position and the men were second.
Polly Gerner's 14.1secs in the 100m was the best of the evening. Mike Jones was first in the shot putt, throwing 10metres 63cms.
