PROPOSED alterations to an approved plan for Powick Hill Court, formerly Home Farm, Hospital Lane, Powick, have raised objections from Powick Parish Council.
The addition of two ground floor windows on the western side of the building would affect the privacy of the neighbouring property, members said.
There were no objections to other plans considered by Malvern Hills District Council's planning committee on Monday.
These included a single storey rear extension at 4 Byron Close, Powick, a two storey rear extension at 27 Lower Ferry Lane, Callow End and a single storey side extension at 1 Powyke Court Close, Powick.
There is a plan to demolish an existing dwelling at Edsacre, Malvern Road, Powick, to make way for a new house and garage and a proposal for a conservatory at St Wulstans, 19 Upton Road, Callow End.
St John's Angling Society has applied for permission to provide six parking spaces on land at Old Road, Powick.
