FORMER Worcester Royal Grammar School boy, the Rev Paul Swann, has been licensed by the Bishop of Dudley.
He has returned to his home town to become the first chaplain of Worcester College of Technology.
Mr Swann, who was formerly vicar of Old Hill, in the Black Country, has been appointed associate minister at All Saints Church, Worcester, and is part of a new initiative to create an evangelical centre of worship in the city.

He will be working alongside the Rev Paul Collins, the rector of the city centre parish.
Mr Swann worked in the marketing department of Kays for six years before deciding he wanted to be join the ministry.
"I am really looking forward to returning to Worcester on this exciting new project," said Mr Swann.
The father-of-three also enjoys football, squash, reading and the cinema.
