COLWALL gardener Wil Leaper will be pedalling support for a charity bike ride at this weekend's Three Counties Spring Gardening Show.
Wil, proprietor of Caves Folly Nurseries, will be among gardening celebrities such as Diarmuid Gavin and Charlie Dimmock at the Three Counties Showground as he hosts an organic gardening corner with Worcestershire Wildlife Trust.
He is also taking donations for the 12-day cycle ride from Land's End to John O'Groats starting May 23, when he will raise funds for the trust and for Cancer and Leukaemia in Childhood (CLIC).
Organisers are expecting 70,000 people at the show which features a sculpture trail, show gardens, displays, stalls, pavilions and gardening information among its attractions. It is open between 9am and 6pm today (Friday) until Sunday. Tickets are £11/£12, under-16s free.
