D E Margrett wrote in the Evening News (You Say, April 20) that pensioners were never stopped by people carrying out consumer surveys in the city centre.
You should count yourself very lucky. I am stopped nearly every time I walk through the city centre - two to three times a week. Even when I purposely cross over the other side of the road to avoid these people, they practically chase me.
I am fed up of them and feel they are a nuisance.
