A WORCESTER accountancy firm is advising clients to "look to the future" with its new business support service.
Kendall Wadley, which has offices in Sansome Walk, as well as in Malvern and Hereford, has launched the Strategic Business Planning service.
Described as a "toolkit for change", the service starts with a one-day, company-specific workshop for directors, business owners and senior managers.
"Success in business is about anticipating the future and being ready to meet it," said Liz Needham, a partner with Kendall Wadley and one of the team which organises the workshops.
"With the introduction of Strategic Business Planning, we're looking to the future with our clients. Using our workshop, it only takes one day to get started on a plan for change and growth.
