A LIFE saving project called Data Link, which benefits town residents in the event of an accident at home, is celebrating it's first birthday.
Organised by West Mercia Neighbourhood Watch and sponsored by npower, vital medical information is kept on a simple form and stored in a small plastic container in the fridge of each home, to help emergency services gain information as quickly as possible.
Ambulance Service chairman Paul Leopold said: "In an emergency situation time can make the difference between life and death, so anything that helps our ambulance staff is very valuable."
