THOUSANDS of Palestinians have been massacred, including children and babies, desperate asylum seekers are daily seeking entry to our ports, our Government is seriously contemplating declaring war on Iraq, and the Malvern Gazette is full of letters on dog excrement. Surely the quantity of correspondence must by now be almost equal to the problem itself. Of course it is an irritant to all of us who regularly walk on the hills but could we perhaps get it into perspective?
