THE children of Lansdowne Close have been banned from their varied playtime activities, these being ball games, biking, skateboards, trollies due to complaints from some neighbours.
In these days it is wise to keep ones children where they can be seen and safe.
I lived in this close from 37 years bringing up three children myself.
Motorists have always known about these youngsters and these activities have always taken place.
Children must have space to play and it is wrong for anyone to stop this.
Someone has to speak up for the right of these youngsters and caring parents appreciate that their children can play safely. I certainly will speak up for them.
