A LORRY caused traffic chaos in Evesham when it overturned on the outskirts of the town.
The lorry, which had come from Italy and was carrying fruit, overturned on the roundabout at the junction of the A46 and the B4035 shortly after 2pm yesterday.
The driver was unhurt, but police had to close off the road while they waited for a crane to recover the lorry.
Officers were at the scene directing the traffic as drivers found themselves caught in long jams.
