TWO Brintons teams from the Kidderminster and District League will feature in cup finals.

Sunday Premier team Brintons have reached the final of the Sunday League Senior Cup with a 5-2 victory over Wollescote Villa in the semi-final.

And Brintons Chainwire, who play in Sunday Division One, beat Grange United 1-0 in the semi-final of the Hospital Junior Cup.

Brintons meet Gornal Rovers at Stourport Swifts on Sunday at 6.30pm, while Chainwire will play Club Inter at Aggborough on Tuesday, May 14.

Cookley Social moved into runners-up spot in the Saturday Premier when they beat Broughton WMC 1-0.

Club Inter put up a fight in the Fire Shield against Tavern but the visitors eventually won 4-2 on penalties.

Bird Rangers failed to make the Subsidiary Cup final, facing Stourbridge Wanderers, who play two leagues above in Sunday Division Three, and losing 3-1.

Franche Village Club could not improve on their penultimate spot in Division Five when they were beaten 11-1 by leaders Dibdale Snooker.
