MAGISTRATES have cleared a Kidderminster woman of charges of having drugs worth £34,000 for sale.
The prosecution offered no evidence against Constance Kane, 28, who was arrested after a police search on the Spennells estate in December.
Kane, of Peregrine Grove, was fined £160, with £45 costs, when she admitted illegal possession of cocaine worth £5, for personal use.
Jason Dimmock, 31, of Fowler Place, Stourport, is facing charges of having cocaine, ecstasy, cannabis and amphetamines, valued at £34,000, intending to sell them.
Kidderminster magistrates ruled that he should be tried at crown court and bailed him until May 9 for committal.
