A FOUR-week-old car which was stolen by violent robbers in Kidderminster has been recovered.
Its owner was knocked to the ground by two men who punched him in the head and back before driving off in his new £15,000 MG saloon car after he had pulled up in Sheraton Drive at 7.40pm last Thursday.
Four men had been following him in a Volkswagen Corrado, registered DEL 948T, which had previously been stolen from Northampton.
Two got out to steal the MG while two remained in their car, before both vehicles drove off.
A police spokeswoman said the MG had since been recovered in the West Midlands.
