Seeding: This has now been completed.
Orchard Close: Retrospective planning would be required for timber shed, previously constructed at 5, Orchard Close.
Queens Golden Jubilee Medals: Order has been placed for medals.
Code of Conduct: Resolution was passed to formally adopt the Code.
Concessionary Fares: Will be distributed on Monday, May 20, at the Royal British Legion Club between 10am-1pm.
Wychavon Bursary: Invitation had been received to join the Award Scheme which was set up in 1992 to honour people for their outstanding work to the community.
Community Grants Scheme: Leaflets and poster had been received.
Comput@Bus: Two people had shown interest in the service available.
DEFRA: Correspondence from the Minster for Rural Affairs outlining the Governments position on Parish Councils had been received. This follows a controversial report on Sleeping, Barely Active, Active and Vibrant Parish Councils published earlier.
Worcestershire Group Milestone Society: Conference would be held on May 28 to discuss the preservation of milestones.
Radio Wyvern: Music Festival will be held at Worcestershire Cricket Club, New Road, Worcester on June 2 and 3 to celebrate the Golden Jubilee. Ticket hotline: 08708 400 400.

WDC - Distinction in Building and Quality Awards: Invitation to nominate new developments worthy of consideration. No nominations would be put forward.
Roads/Footways/Greening of the Village: School Lane - complaint had been received at growth along the school wall, shrub scrapes the side of cars when vehicles are parked in the narrow lane.
Ivy Lane - further complaint received about the lack of a footpath. Letter would be sent asking for re-assessment.
The next meeting will be held on Monday, May 13, in the Memorial Hall, starting at 7.15pm with open forum.
