MARK Edward helped Chaddesley Corbett to a great six-wicket win over Droitwich in Worcestershire League Division One.
The home side were put in first but Ian Chambers (2-44) and Edward (4-49) kept the scoring rate low.
Paul Bryan's dismissal, bowled by Edward for 59, started a collapse and they finished on 197-8.
Chaddesley began their reply slowly but they sped up and were on 88 by the time Jon Masefield departed for 36.
Matt Boden followed for 42 but Kevin Truswell (39) and man-of-the-match Edward (56 not out) added a further 83 runs.
Chambers hit the winning runs with three overs left.
Droitwich 197-8, Chaddesley 199-4.
