TWO people from Redditch have been questioned by the RSPCA regarding alleged cruelty to a dog.
A 22-year-old man and 52-year-old woman were interviewed and a file has now been sent to the RSPCA's prosecution department, which will decide on what action will be taken.
A spokesperson for the RSPCA said it could take months before action, if any, is taken.
