A BRICKMAKER has retained its status as a European leader in its field.
Baggeridge Brick, Hartlebury, has retained its Eco-management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) status following the upgrading of the regulation last year.
The Hartlebury factory remains the only brickworks in Europe to be verified to the exacting EMAS standards.
Environment and land source manager Andrew Parker said: "Tremendous commitment from Hart-lebury staff at all levels and excellent communication have been the key to maintaining our success."
