RESILIENT Wyre Forest shrugged off a player shortage to win 2-0 at Bustlehome Reserves in West Midlands League Division One South.
Forest need to win their three last games to push for second or third place in the table.
They grabbed a goal in each half with Neil Parks making a fine impact on his return from suspension.
Parks laid on the first goal for Richard Costello as the Forest defence gave nothing away.
Midway through the period, Forest added their second goal when Costello outpaced the home defence and supplied Richard Hughes to score.
Kieron O'Brien had a good second half in his third full game and keeper Simon Wills pulled off a superb save.
Fixture, Saturday: Wyre Forest v Leominster Town (2.45pm, players to meet at the ground at 1.30pm).
