AS a regular user of the footpaths in the Castle Road and New Road areas of Kidderminster, I am very surprised there is not a press button system on the corner by the new Tesco petrol station to enable pedestrians to cross in safety.
Traffic travels to and from Tesco's supermarket and petrol station along Corporation Street into New Road and is highly dangerous owing to the blind bend.
As far as I can see an accident is inevitable.
