YOUTHFUL Kidderminster firsts won a friendly at home to Bridgnorth on Saturday.
Bridgnorth scored 135 runs but Kidderminster knocked off the target for just two wickets.
Richard Bradford's 2-22 were the best figures.
Andrew Siwicki (1-10), Chris Pyke (1-28), Joe Hill (2-19), Steve Davies (2-32) and Gomez Vincent (2-21) also bowled.
Gurdeep Kandola hit 48 not out, Hill 19 not out, Davies 31 and Matt Fludgate 24.
Kidderminster seconds open their league season at home to Stratford on Saturday (1.30pm).
On Sunday, the town host Kings Heath in the National Knock-out Cup first round (1pm).
