KIDDERMINSTER Harriers have cited uncertainty over the ITV Digital deal as the reason for delaying building a new stand at Aggborough.
The proposed 2,400-seater stand was set to replace the Bill Greaves Terrace in the summer but has now been put off until next year.
Harriers are due to receive a further television payment of £238,000 which is in jeopardy after ITV Digital was placed in administration.
