AN appeal for information has been launched after an 80-year-old man was discovered dead at the side of the road by his wife.
Robert Hunter left a pub at Button Oak, Bewdley, at about 9pm on Tuesday, April 2 to walk to his nearby home before he was found near to Tangle Wood on the B4194 by his wife, who had driven to collect him.
Det Sgt Matt Clarke, of Kidderminster Police, said: "Our thoughts and sympathy are with Mr Hunter's family at this sad time."
And he appealed for anyone with information to call 01562 820888.
