CHILDREN with life-threatening conditions will benefit from a new hospice set to open in 2004.
A fund-raising campaign for the £4 million Worcester centre - which will cater for Gloucestershire and Herefordshire as well as Worcestershire - was launched last Tuesday.
The Acorns Children's Hospice will include facilities such as a hydrotherapy pool and multi-sensory room.
