ALVECHURCH defender Ray Clark wants to play for Church at Romulus on Saturday - four days after coming out of hospital with a neck brace!
Clark suffered severe whiplash in Tuesday's 3-1 Worcestershire Senior Urn exit at Malvern and was taken to Ronkswood Hospital before being released after midnight.
But he has told manager Andy Hibbert he panicked because it was his first neck injury and has declarede himself fit for tomorrow.
"We will give him a fitness test before kick-off," said the Church manager.
"But I will not play him if there is any doubt."
