I READ with interest Coun Derek Prodger's letter (You Say, December 4) regarding quality of life, and environmental fears concerning a route across the Severn Valley.
He has no need to worry. There is no road building proposal in any city, or county structure plan covering the period 1993-2011 as he well knows.
Why we ask, does he rake our old coals - unless you want to nudge it back into life?
