AFTER losing 4-2 to Bloxwich last Saturday Stourport Lad-ies first team will entertain Olton 2B on Saturday in their last friendly before they re-start their Worcestershire First Division programmes against Droitwich the following weekend.

There are changes with Kate Bailey unavailable and Louise Bagnall dropping to the second team. Vicky Whitehouse and Julia Hopkins join the first team and Teri Baron retains her place.

The expected squad is: Sarah Cranton, Fran Long (capt), Vicky Bristow, Pat Terry, Alison Baron, Kerry Maughan, Katie Clowes, Malisa Kennedy, Wilma Martin, Karen Roberts, Teri Baron, Vicky Whitehouse, Julia Hopkins.

Despite taking the lead twice, Stourport ended their first match since December 1 with a 4-2 defeat.

Stourport took the lead after 10 minutes when Katie Clowes crossed for Wilma Martin to score. Within five minutes Blox-wich were level but the reply by Stourport was almost instant when Fran Long put her side back into the lead in the 25th minute.

Again the home side failed to crumble and were soon back on level terms.

Bloxwich came out slightly the better side in the second half, but Stourport held their own until the final 15 minutes when Bloxwich took the lead.

They added to their lead in the last five minutes. when a mix up in the Stourport def-ence, lead to a fourth.

CAMP HILL 1

Stourport re-started the second half of the season with a 1-1 draw.

Camp Hill took the lead after 20 minutes, but Stour-port weren't behind for long, and after a series of short corners they equalised five minutes later.

An exchange of passes bet-ween Chris Jenks and Vicky Whitehouse at a short corner, resulted in Whitehouse pull-ing the ball across goal for Andra Hughes to score.

Stourport found themselves under pressure from the outset and were 4-0 down by half time. Great Alne encamped in the Stourport half during the second period but they were unable to add to their tally.
