A PLANNING application for 38 additional car parking spaces at the Enigma Business Park has been submitted to Malvern Hills District Council.
If approval is given, an area to the north west of the existing McDonald's car park will be expanded to meet the road which runs between it and the Safeway complex.
Other proposed upgrading work includes the removal of 12 existing spaces. This is to create a second roundabout at the car park's entrance to ease access, the creation of a new service entry and the enhancing of entrances to five stores.
The applicants are Socpen Trustees c/o Atlantic Fund Management, based in London.
