I AM both appalled and disgusted to read in the Malvern Gazette (January 11) that we may have to put our dustbin bags at the front of our properties. What inconsiderate planning by the councillors.
I am 76 years of age and there is no way I can carry my bag onto the pavement and in any case this is most unhygienic and wrong in every respect. The place is rife with vermin now and this would give foxes and all predators a field day.
Do you honestly think this is helping the aged. If you do then I don't!
