IF, as claimed, a demonstration of ownership by Malvern Girls' College of Hayslan Field were needed, surely the marking up and use of the field for the occasional sporting fixture either by themselves, or maybe other local sports clubs, would have been sufficient, and far preferable to the destruction of such a lovely area.
Maybe Malvern cinema should be screening the latest 'Gone with the Plough', starring clover, sorrel, vetch, buttercup, , common fumitory, cuckoo flower, campion, wild angelica, cow parsley, knapweed, nipplewort, tansy, yarrow, ox eye daisy, with a supporting cast of bees and butterflies.
Shown on wide angle screen in monochrome mud, directed and produced by Malvern Girls' College.
