MUSIC fans in Upton are to be given the chance to become patrons of the town's first blues festival.
"The idea is for people to support the festival by becoming a patron for a yearly subscription of £10," said organiser Rachel Willoughby.
"This will give them ad-vance warning of fundraising events, a free programme for the festival and a festival newsletter as and when they are produced."
The festival is due to take place on July 19 and 20.
