EVESHAM Swimming Club stages its 17th Annual Biathlon on Sunday April 28.
This event is usually very well attended with about 250 competitors taking part from all parts of the country.
The Biathlon consists of a swim and a run, but you do get a rest in between the two events. The swim takes place at the Evesham Leisure Centre and the run at Evesham High School.
The youngest participants are eight years old and the events are open up to the veteran age group. There will be plenty of cups and medals to be won.
You can enter as an individual as well as making up a team of three in your age group.
Sponsorship is needed for the event and Evesham Swimming Club is keen to hear from local companies who might be prepared to help out.
