THE curtain goes up on the new season - which promises musicals, drama, comedy, opera and family shows - at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre next month.
It all kicks off with the return of one of the theatre's favourite performers, Mark Rattray, in the special Valentine's Day concert Because You're Mine.
This is billed as an "intimate evening of music featuring timeless melodies from the world's greatest songwriters including Jerome Kern, Cole Porter and Rodgers and Hammerstein".
But the tone is set to change two days later when the Chuckle Brothers take to the stage and head off to Egypt in search of an ancient treasure in Raiders of the Lost Bark.
And the smash musical Whistle Down the Wind begins a two-week stint at the Grand on Monday, February 18.
Andrew Lloyd Webber and Jim Steinman's show is based on the film starring Hayley Mills.
The box office hotline is 01902 429212.
