ACCLAIMED comedian Dave Gorman is bringing his hit show to Cheltenham's Everyman Theatre this month.
The winner of two BAFTA awards and a Perrier Award nominee in 2000, Dave Gorman has worked with stars such as Jenny clair, Caroline Aherne, Jennifer Saunders and Steve Coogan.
He was invited to appear on The Weakest Link comedians' special and his show, The Dave Gorman Collection, had a run on BBC2 early last year.
He has also just finished making a new film, 24 Hour Party People, with Steve Coogan about the story of Factory Records.
His show, Dave Gorman's Better World, will be at the Everyman for one night only on January 26. It is based around a project, started in 1999, when Dave sent a letter to 2,000 newspapers asking readers to suggest how he could improve the world. Now he says he has done what people suggested and his show is a look at what the effects are.
It starts at 7.30pm and tickets, priced from £9.50 to £11, are available from the Box Office on 01242 572573.
