COLLECTORS will be looking to raise cash in aid of children in Afghanistan later this month outside Sainsbury's in Kidderminster.
Save the Children estimates more than 500,000 people have been forced from their homes in northern Afghanistan by drought and war and most are still without adequate food or shelter.
Cash raised from Monday, January 28 until Friday, February 1 will be used to buy shelter, clothing and medical supplies. Anyone able to help with collecting is asked to contact Chris Lane on 01527 541588.
