They play at previously unbeaten Hednesford, who they drew against earlier in the season, in the second leg on February 2.
All the girls battled well with exceptional displays from Lucy Wilmott, Frankie Hocking, Kirsty Hughes and Robyn Corfield.
Hughes scored the first four goals and Lucy McLoughlin the fifth.
Ferndale U-16s fought hard against Wolverhampton in the Open Cup semi-final first leg, going down 5-2.
They held their Premiership opponents to 1-1 at half-time with skipper and keeper Rachel Baldwin and girl of the match Sigourney Nelson standing out.
Nicki Palmer and Ali Thorpe scored for Ferndale who play the second leg in a fortnight's time and entertain Bustleholme Ladies on Saturday.
The U-14's returned to league action after a prolonged Christmas break due to bad weather.
They travelled to Tamworth with only 10 players and came away with a 13-3 victory.
Goals came from Holly Penwarden (five), Kirsty Robson (five), Sarah Lojko (two) and Stacy Whittall.
Player of the match went to Jenny Beasley for her strong defensive display.
