A KIDDERMINSTER man has been jailed for 15 months for sex attacks on a young girl.
Ronald Hussey, 46, of Woodbury Road, was found guilty of three counts of indecent assault by a jury after a trial at Worcester Crown Court last year.
But he still maintains his innocence, defence barrister Gillian Temple-Bone told Judge Andrew Geddes.
They were unpleasant offences on a girl who is now 15 but there was no evidence of threats or violence, the court heard.
Ian Ball, prosecuting, said father-of-three Hussey was convicted in 1982 for gross indecency with a child and was jailed for six months.
Judge Geddes ordered Hussey to register as a sex offender for 10 years.
