A 13-year-old corgi cross dog called Sammy is looking for a new home following the death of his elderly owner.
Sammy had been in kennels in Wythall since September but was taken in by Redditch woman Sam Nash.
But she said Sammy wouldn't get on with her other pooches and thinks he would be better off on his own with an elderly person.
Anyone interested in giving Sammy a new home can call Ms Nash on 584563.
