A LARGE amount of money was stolen during a post office burglary between 8.30pm on Thursday and 6.45am on Friday.
Redditch police are appealing for witnesses to the incident at the Mount Pleasant Post Office and house-to-house inquiries are being carried out.
Police, who are currently analysing forensic examinations taken from the post office, said the offender or offenders forced their way through the back of the post office and stole the money.
