MILES of golden fun is to be had by many thanks to the Advertiser/Messenger teaming up the Rotary Club of Bromsgrove to offer readers a smashing summer holiday to one of the most popular tourist spots in Europe.

It's that time of year again when the rotary club offers places on three separate week-long breaks to Blackpool, home of the Golden Mile, in hotels with en-suite facilities.

The seven-day trips are planned to run over the weeks beginning August 1, 8 and 15 - all start on a Thursday - and prices are £114 per person, for a twin room with a £20 single person supplement for those who prefer to be alone.

The cost includes return coach fare to the resort as well as accommodation.

Coaches for each trip leave at around 9.20am and arrive back in Bromsgrove late afternoon.

Applicants should be aged 40 or over and if they want to share a room with a friend, this should be written on the application form.

All you have to do to secure a place is fill in the coupon (in the Advertiser/Messenger this week on page 15) and send it to Blackpool Holiday Offer, Bromsgrove Advertiser/Messenger, 5 High Street, Bromsgrove, B61 8AJ.

Enrolment is on Monday February 25 at the Methodist Centre, in Stratford Road, Bromsgrove, from 2.30pm.
