A MUSICAL comedy set in Rome in 2BC is being staged at Malvern Theatres this week.
Malvern Theatre Players are performing A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum until Saturday.
Based on the comedies of Platus, the comedy features the music and lyrics of Stephen Sondheim.
The musical, which has won many accolades, including a prestigious Tony award for Broadway and West End productions, is a major presentation by the Players which marks 25 years' residency at Malvern Theatres.
Performances start at 7.30pm and tickets cost £8.50 or £6.50 from the box office on 01684 892277.
