DROITWICH had only themselves to blame as they slumped 15-3 to Ledbury on Saturday and with it recorded their second successive home league defeat.
The First XV's poor display, one of their worst performances of the season, was epitomised by the usually reliable centre Matt Blackmore who had a shocking day by his standards, missing a total of seven kicks from within his normal range.
And things were not much better for the home forward line who battled to win a reasonable amount of possession but were guilty of undoing their work by squandering good positions time and time again.
Droitwich now return to the drawing board for a major re-think with one eye on rebuilding for next year's campaign.
