A FRESH warning has been released to Worcestershire shoppers about cans of hot dogs which have been withdrawn from sale.

Last month a number of hot dog products sold by Lidl and Asda were recalled. Now another warning has been issued by the Food Standards Agency over another brand.

The recalled item is Ye Olde Oak Foods own brand of eight premium hot dogs in 400g cans, with the best before dates of September and October 2004. People who have these cans are being warned not to open or eat the contents.

The labels should be removed and the can disposed of. People should then send the label to Ye Olde Oak Foods Ltd, Customer Care Department, Bellerive House, Muirfield Crescent, London E14 9SZ, including their names, addresses and the can code.
