CRICKET historian and author Dr Andrew Hignell is the speaker at Worcestershire County Cricket Club's next winter cricket evening on Tuesday ( January 8).
He will speak on Rain Stops Play, a resume on the weather's effect on our enjoyment of the game.
The evening starts at 7.30pm at the Cricket Suite at Worcester's New Road ground. Entry is free for members and £2.50 for non-members.
