STUDLEY manager Mark Chambers has made a seven day approach to Midland Combination Premier neighbours Feckenham for BKL's former captain Mark Davis.
The sweeper captained Studley to a promotion and Worcestershire Senior Urn double last season before moving to the Valley Stadium tenants.
But Chambers wants to bring him back to the Beehive.
The club has bid a temporary farewell to French-based midfielder Ian Reid.
The Studley old boy lives across the Channel but guested for BKL against Halesowen Harriers with Paul Harmer and Simon Redhead laid low by flu.
