A MAN has been remanded on bail for trial on a charge of threatening to burn down a house at Hartlebury.
John Gaynor, 35, of Ringwood Drive, Frankley, pleaded not guilty at Worcester Crown Court to threatening to destroy Mark Doe's home at Torton Villas, Worcester Road.
He also denies assaulting Mr Doe causing him physical harm and damaging his CD player.
